1. Introduction

By accessing or using Gravity's Services, you agree to be bound by this Terms of Use Agreement (the “Terms” or “Agreement”), including our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines, so it is important that you read this Agreement and these policies and procedures carefully before you create an account. As used in this Agreement, the terms "Gravity," "us," "we," the "Company", and "our" shall refer to Gravity Ventures LLC. Together you and Gravity may be referred to as the “Parties” or separately as “Party.”

By accessing or using our Services on www.dategravity.com (the "Website"), the Gravity mobile application (the "App"), or any other platforms or services Gravity may offer (collectively, the "Service" or our "Services"), you agree to, and are bound by this Agreement. You also agree that we may automatically change, update, or add on to our Services as stated in the Terms, and the Agreement will apply to any changes. This Agreement applies to anyone who accesses or uses our Services, regardless of registration or subscription status.

2. Your Account

When using our Services requires an account, you agree to provide us with complete and accurate information and to keep the information current so that we can communicate with you about your account. We may need to send you emails about notable updates (like changes to our Terms of Service or Privacy Policy), or to let you know about legal inquiries or complaints we receive about the ways you use our Services so you can make informed choices in response.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

1. You are an individual (i.e., not any body corporate, partnership or other business entity) at least 18 years old;
2. You can form a binding contract with Gravity;
3. You are single or separated from your spouse or partner;
4. You have not have been convicted of or pled no contest to a sex crime, a violent crime, or any felony (or crime of similar severity);
5. You are not required to register as a sex offender with any state, federal or local sex offender registry;
6. You are not barred from using the Service under U.S. law—specifically, you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country and you are not on any list of individuals prohibited from conducting business with the United States;
7. The information you provide the Service about yourself is accurate, complete, and kept up-to-date; and
8. You do not have more than one active account on the Service.
9. You have not previously been removed from our Services or our affiliates’ services by us or our affiliates, unless you have our express written permission to create a new account.

If at any time you cease to meet these requirements, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.

Prohibited Content - Gravity prohibits uploading or sharing content that:

1. Could reasonably be deemed to be offensive or to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person;
2. Is obscene, pornographic, violent or otherwise may offend human dignity, or contains nudity;
